Itay Mor is a real estate entrepreneur and co-founder of the I.M. Group, with over a decade of experience and a track record spanning more than 500 real estate transactions across Portugal. He leads business development, investment sourcing and project management, combining legal expertise with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the Portuguese market. As a qualified lawyer with an LL.B. and an MBA, both with honours, Itay oversees projects from acquisition through completion, combining legal expertise with disciplined execution and a strong focus on long-term value creation.

Meital Duvdevani Mor is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and co-founder of the I.M. Group, with over 15 years of experience in investments, business strategy, and real estate. As a former lawyer, she brings a strategic and analytical perspective to identifying opportunities, understanding market dynamics, and anticipating shifts in demand. At Uniqon, she leads the investment and strategic vision behind each development, focusing on where people, markets, and capital are moving and how these shifts can translate into long-term value. She is also the creator of Alternative, where she explores investments, money, real estate, and the economic trends shaping tomorrow's opportunities.
